Terms of use
These terms govern your use of AstroWorld. By creating an account or consulting an astrologer, you agree to them.
1. Guidance, not professional advice
Astrology on AstroWorld is provided for guidance, reflection and cultural practice. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional. Our astrologers do not make death predictions and do not guarantee outcomes. Decisions you take remain yours.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use AstroWorld.
3. Wallet, billing and free minutes
- Consultations are prepaid from your wallet and billed per completed minute.
- Chat billing begins only after your astrologer sends their first reply. Waiting time is never charged.
- New seekers receive free starting minutes on chat. Free minutes have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn.
- If your astrologer abandons a session, the last paid minute is reversed and credited back to your wallet automatically.
- Wallet balance is for consultations on the platform and is not transferable.
4. Refunds
Automatic reversals for abandoned minutes are described above. Beyond those, if you believe you were billed in error, contact support@astroworldlive.com within seven days with the session details and we will review the server billing record.
5. Conduct
You agree not to:
- share or request phone numbers, payment handles or any means of moving the consultation or payment off the platform;
- send sexual, hateful, threatening, harassing or otherwise unlawful content or media;
- impersonate anyone, or use another person's account or payment method;
- attempt to bypass our safety systems, billing, or access controls.
Conversations are automatically screened. Confirmed violations can suspend or permanently ban an account, and may result in withheld earnings for astrologers.
6. Astrologers
Astrologers are independent practitioners, not our employees. They must complete identity, PAN and bank verification, pass a screening assessment and accept a contract before taking consultations. Earnings are computed by our servers per completed minute and paid out against verified bank details.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of what you write and the images you send. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and safety-scan that content so we can deliver and protect the service.
8. Availability
We work to keep AstroWorld available and correct, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as the platform improves.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstroWorld is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on a consultation. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the consultation concerned.
10. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from inside the app. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or applicable law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
